PRICE MATCH POLICY
At Maximized Garage, we are committed to offering our customers the best value on premium garage equipment, storage systems, and organization products. If you find a lower price on an identical item from a qualifying retailer, we will match it.
HOW IT WORKS
If you find the same product at a lower price from a qualifying retailer before or after your purchase, contact us and we will match that price — no hassle, no runaround.
To request a price match:
1. Find the identical item (same brand, model, size, and color) at a lower price from a qualifying retailer.
2. Contact us at support@maximizedgarage.com or through our contact page with the following:
- The product name and link from our site
- The competitor's name and a link to their listing showing the lower price
3. We will verify the listing and respond within 1 business day.
4. If approved, we will adjust your price before checkout — or issue a refund of the difference if you have already purchased.
QUALIFYING RETAILERS
We will match prices from authorized retailers that are:
- Based in the United States
- Selling the identical product new and in stock (not used, refurbished, or open box)
- Not a third-party marketplace seller (Amazon third-party sellers, eBay, and similar do not qualify)
- Not currently running a limited-time flash sale, liquidation, or closeout event
WHAT WE WILL MATCH
- The exact same product: same brand, model number, color, and size
- Items that are in stock and available for immediate purchase at the competitor
- Standard retail pricing (not auction, bid, or bundle pricing)
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
- Items already purchased more than 7 days ago
- Products that are out of stock, backordered, or discontinued at the competitor
- Pricing errors or unauthorized discounts
- Bundle deals, package pricing, or promotional gift offers
- Competitor coupon codes or loyalty rewards
- Prices that require a membership (such as Costco or Sam's Club)
- Products sold by third-party sellers on Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or similar platforms
POST-PURCHASE PRICE MATCH
If the price of an item you purchased from Maximized Garage drops on our own site within 7 days of your order, contact us and we will refund the difference. This applies to our store pricing only, not competitor pricing.
